Using YaviMind

By using YaviMind, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the workspace.

You must provide accurate account information, have permission to use the supplied email address and keep one-time codes and signed-in devices secure.

The service

YaviMind provides a browser-based mind mapping workspace, automatic cloud saving, email sharing and educational content. The service is currently free and may evolve, add limits, change features or be discontinued. We aim to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Your content and shared maps

You keep ownership of the text and map structures you create. You give YaviMind permission to host, process, back up and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service.

When you invite someone to a map, that person can view and edit its content. Share only with people you trust, and do not place confidential, regulated or irreplaceable information in a map without maintaining an appropriate separate copy.

Acceptable use

Do not use YaviMind to break the law, infringe rights, harass others, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, evade request limits, send unsolicited invitations, access another person's account or upload content you do not have the right to use.

Access may be limited or removed when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.

Guides and educational information

YaviMind's guides provide general educational examples. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial or academic advice, and they may not fit every situation. You remain responsible for decisions and work created from them.

Optional donations

Donations help Atlas Studio Digital cover YaviMind's operating costs. They are voluntary and do not purchase additional product rights or guarantee future availability. Billplz processes checkout in Malaysian Ringgit. Contact hello@yavimind.io promptly with the bill or transaction reference if a payment result appears incorrect.

Disclaimers and responsibility

YaviMind is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable rules, Atlas Studio Digital is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities or data loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account closure and changes

You may delete individual maps in the app or request account closure by emailing hello@yavimind.io from the account address. We may update these terms when the service changes; material updates will receive a new effective date on this page.
